How do I place an order?

We are an online business and all orders are placed via our website. When you order online you get direct access to our quality products, lowest prices, and great delivery service.

You should receive an order confirmation email when we have processed your order, and another email when it is dispatched.

Yes. Customers from abroad can both register and place an order, as long as the order is for delivery in the UK and Northern Ireland (excluding BFPO addresses).

There is no minimum order value. Some of our products are sold individually, but most of them are sold in pack quantities. For these products, the minimum order is a single pack.

Packaging is a quantity-sensitive product. Most of the products for sale on this site have bulk discounts set up, and these will always be displayed where relevant. Whenever you order multiple items or packs online, you will automatically be charged the lowest applicable price.

Yes – we ask all customers to create an account, to help track their order history and store their address details. Registering also makes placing future orders a far simpler process. When visiting us again, just enter your email address and password and the rest of your details will drop in automatically. You will also be able to view any current or previous orders, making it simple to reorder your favorite packaging products.

Buying on-line is proving to be more secure than shopping in traditional stores or over the telephone. We have taken steps to ensure that gopackagingproducts.co.uk is secure for you. All payment transactions are carried out over a secure connection. We do this using the latest industry standard technology.

When you register online you will be asked to enter your details online, here you can save your delivery address to save time when placing future orders. They are stored on our secure database, and we not disclose them to any third parties. 

No. All credit card details are automatically and securely transmitted directly to the bank. Go Packaging Products does not hold any credit card or other payment details of our customers.

If you order the wrong product or change your mind, return it to us within the given time period mentioned on you return policy . You only have to send the products back to us, at your own cost, unused and undamaged in the original packaging. We will arrange a credit, exchange or refund (subject to our terms and conditions).
